Thank you for choosing Premier Pilates St. Louis. We’re excited to help you get started on your Pilates journey and can’t wait to hear about how Pilates has helped you. Here are a few things you might want to know before getting started.

Introductory Lessons
An introductory class is required for all new clients wishing to join a group class or private lesson. We offer both Private Introductory Lessons and Group Introductory Lessons.

What to Wear
Comfortable, non restricted workout clothing is recommended.  Pilates is done with bare feet or socks if you prefer.  We recommend if you are going to wear socks that they have grippers on the bottom.  We suggest that long hair be pulled back and jewelry removed for safety purposes.

Class Etiquette
It is important to be on time for class. Arriving late disrupts the flow of class and also prohibits you from receiving the full benefit of exercise sequencing the instructor has created for your class.
Please silence your cell phone upon arriving to class. 
 
Valuables and Personal Items
Valuable belongings should not be brought to the studio. If you need to change after or before class we have a restroom located at the back of the studio. Cubbies are provided at the front of the studio for your personal belongings.
 
Duration of Each Class
The duration of each class is 60 minutes.
 
Maximum Capacity per Class
We limit class size to 6 participants in order for each person to receive personalized instruction, modifications and corrections. Our goal is to provide each client with a safe, effective and efficient workout.

In Case of Inclement Weather
If the Lindbergh school district is closed in the morning due to inclement weather, the studio will be closed as well.  Please call the studio after noon or visit the Studio News section of our website to find out if evening classes will be held.
 
Our Location
We are located at 3808 S. Lindbergh Blvd. Suite 101 in Sunset Hills, Missouri. We are in the Sunset Village Shopping Center across the street from Growler’s pub.
